Chocolate Caliente -
Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
4 tablets of sweetened chocolate
6 cups of water or milk
Recipe Instructions:
Viennese Chocolate: Serve with a teaspoon of whipped cream on top.
Spanish Chocolate: Add a teaspoon of maicena or maizena to
thicken. Champurrado.
Chocolate with Ice Cream: In a tall glass, put two scoops of
vanilla ice cream and fill with boiling chocolate. Serve
immediately.
Serve your Mexican Chocolate with churros!
